Cancellations
In the event that a cancellation is necessary, we kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled treatment. If a cancellation occurs within the 48-hour window, full payment for your next appointment will be required. Please note that all aesthetic treatments, including powder brows, necessitate a 72-hour cancellation notice.
We reserve the right to deny refunds for booking or deposit fees in the event of a cancellation; however, we may honor a voucher for cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance. For no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours, you will be required to pay the full amount for beauty services or 50% of the cost for hair services.
Please be advised that booking fees and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and no cash refunds will be issued. Additionally, we do not provide refunds for balance payments made post-treatment.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be canceled and will need to be rescheduled for a later date, for which you may still incur a charge. Should you need to cancel or change your appointment prior to the 48-hour timeframe, we ask that you take a screenshot of your original appointment with order number along with proof of your paid deposit to assist us in tracking any owed deposits effectively.

Upon booking a treatment with Be Lash Beauty you will be asked for personal information, such as Name, Email, Telephone number, Address and any other information on our data collection form.
Payments can be made in person or via our website.
Most of our services require patch testing so please book a patch test in before your appointment.
Unfortunatly we do not infill peoples lashes that have had them done elsewhere.
For your comfort and safety, please notify us if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.
Unsupervised children are strictly prohibited in the salon for you and your child's safety.
Everyone receiving treatment must comply with a patch test 48 hours before treatment. This is a legal requirement to ensure that all clients are safe to proceed without any reaction, ensuring all clients well being. Any adverse reactions should be dealt with immediately by a medically trained professional. Failing to do so in worst case scenarios can cause death. Everyone receiving treatment must comply with a patch test 48 hours before treatment. New patch tests are required if you do not have the treatment within 6 months of the intial patch test. A new patch test is also necessary if there are any medical changes, such as pregnancy, receiving injections, or starting new medications.

If you are not totally satisfied with the service you receive please contact us with-in 7 days, we will endeavor to resolve your concerns immediately.
