Ensuring the Best Experience
At Be Lash Beauty, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our Salon. Please take a moment to read this page and ensure you understand our operations procedures. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
Upon booking a treatment with Be Lash Beauty you will be asked for personal information, such as Name, Email, Telephone number, Address and any other information on our data collection form.
Payments can be made in person or via our website.
Most of our services require patch testing so please book a patch test in before your appointment.
Cancellations
If a cancellation is necessary you are required to notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your treatment.If cancellation is with in the 48 hours then we will require payment in full for your next appointment. All aesthetic treatments including powder brows will require a 72 hour cancellation period. We reserve the right to refuse refund of the booking/deposits fee for cancellation we may honour with a voucher if before the 48 hours.
Booking fees & Deposits are non refundable and non transferable and no cash will be given.
We do not offer any refunds for balance payments post treatment.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be cancelled and will need to be rescheduled for another date and you may still be charged. If needing to cancel an appointment or change the date before the 48 hour time frame then please screen shot the original appointment and proof of paid deposit, so we can keep track of owed deposits or they can be missed.
For your comfort and safety, please notify us if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.
Unsupervised children are strictly prohibited in the salon for you and your child's safety.
Everyone receiving treatment must comply with a patch test 48 hours before treatment. This is a legal requirement to ensure that all clients are safe to proceed without any reaction, ensuring all clients well being. Any adverse reactions should be dealt with immediately by a medically trained professional. Failing to do so in worst case scenarios can cause death.
